The Department of Accounting & Finance started in 1981, pioneered by late Professor B.O. Ogundele as the Head of Department. The first set of students was enrolled in the 1981/82 academic session and they graduated in the 1984/85 academic session.

Our core vision is to admit and train students who are fit for a world class work environment. As such, our curriculum is designed to capture innovative, entrepreneurial and leadership courses aimed at producing word-class graduates who are future leaders and entrepreneurs.
